## What is HeyCroatia?
HeyCroatia is a direct booking portal for private accommodation in Croatia (villas, holiday houses, apartments, studios, rooms). Every listing is a single accommodation unit with its own price list, calendar and photos. Guests inquire or book on HeyCroatia, the request goes straight to the host, and guest and host talk in the HeyCroatia inbox; there is no commission on top of the host's price.

## How booking works
1. Open a unit page, pick dates and guests; the price is calculated live from the host's price list (discounts and promo codes included)
2. Confirm your email or phone with a one-time code, or sign in with Google
3. Send an inquiry or a booking request; the host answers in your HeyCroatia inbox, where you can also propose a price
4. Payment and cancellation terms are the host's own and are shown before you submit
